Privacy policy
What data appears when you use this site, where it goes and what you can ask about it. It is written from what the site actually does, so it is shorter than these pages usually are.

Who is responsible
RE Central Real Estate is the trading name of RETECH CENTRO DE NEGOCIOS S.A.C., the company responsible for any personal data handled through this site. Its registry details appear above.

What data is collected, and when
Browsing the site requires no account and no identification. Personal data only appears when you choose to send it, and it is worth being exact about where:
- Valuation and contact. Today these forms send nothing to this site: they compose a sentence from what you picked — property type, district, size, timing — and open WhatsApp with it written out. You send the message yourself from your own app, and from that point WhatsApp's own terms apply.
- Applications to join the team. This is the only form on the site that sends personal data to a server, which is why it is the only one that asks for express authorisation first: the checkbox starts unticked and the button stays disabled until you tick it. The answers you give and the contact details you type at the end are sent to an endpoint on this site, which validates them, normalises them and forwards them to the agency's recruitment channel. This site does not store them. While that channel is not configured, the screen does not pretend it received anything: it offers to send it over WhatsApp instead.
- Client area. What you tick in the file and any documents you attach are kept in your own browser's storage and never leave your device. They do not travel to this site or to any third party. Clearing your browser data clears them.
- Technical logs. Like any website, the server hosting it records connection data — IP address, date, page requested, browser — in order to work and to detect abuse. On the forms, submissions are also counted per IP address over ten-minute windows, to stop anyone filling them automatically. That count lives in the server's memory, is stored nowhere and expires on its own.
What we do not do
- There is no analytics, no tracking pixels and no third-party audience measurement. No profile of your browsing is built.
- Personal data is never sold, rented or handed over for advertising purposes.
- No sensitive data is requested. If you type any into a free-text field, please do not: none of it is needed for anything the site offers.
Cookies
The site uses no advertising or analytics cookies. The only cookie foreseen is the client-area session cookie: it holds an opaque identifier and an expiry, is signed so the server knows it issued it, and contains neither your name nor your email. While password access is not switched on, that cookie is not issued at all.
Language is not stored in a cookie: it is part of the page address.
Third-party services involved
Some third parties are involved in making the site work, each with its own policy:
- Cloudflare, which hosts the site and keeps the technical logs described above. Its servers are spread worldwide and the page is served from whichever is closest to you.
- The storage where the property photos live, operated by Supabase. Your browser requests them from it directly, so it sees your IP address just like any server you request an image from.
- The maps. Cartography and address lookup use OpenStreetMap; your browser requests the map images directly from its servers, which therefore see your IP address. The map data belongs to its contributors, under the ODbL licence.
- WhatsApp, when you choose that channel from any button on the site. The message leaves from your own account and is subject to its provider's terms.
- The social networks linked in the footer. These are outbound links: there is no embedded content tracking you from here.
How long data is kept
This site keeps no personal data bank of its own: what it receives through the application form it forwards without storing. Any retention after that happens in the channel it reaches — the agency's inbox or internal system — and is limited to as long as needed to deal with your request or application, and to whatever the law requires.
Whatever your browser stores in the client area stays there until you clear it.
Data leaves Peru, and that is worth saying
The providers named above operate outside Peru, so the connection data this site generates is handled abroad. Peruvian Law 29733 calls this a cross-border flow and requires that you be told, which is what this does.
There is no further transfer: this site sends your data to no third party beyond what is already described. What leaves Peru is what any site hosted abroad generates when serving you a page.
Your rights
Peru's Law No. 29733 on the Protection of Personal Data, and its regulation in force — the one approved by Supreme Decree No. 016-2024-JUS, effective 30 March 2025 — give you rights of information, access, updating, inclusion, rectification, deletion or cancellation, and objection to the processing of your data, as well as the right to withdraw any consent you have given.
To exercise them, write to the email address in the footer saying which right you wish to exercise and giving something that lets us identify you. You will receive a reply within the periods the regulation sets.
If you believe your rights have not been respected, you may take the matter to Peru's National Authority for the Protection of Personal Data, at the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights.
Minors
This site is aimed at adults. No data about minors is knowingly collected; if we find that any has been sent, it is deleted.
Changes to this policy
If what the site does with data changes, this text changes with it, and so does the date above. Changes take effect when published.
