The report carries your logo, your colours and your phone number. What an agent sells a homeowner is their own credibility, and a document with another agency's letterhead does not do that.
With fewer than five comparables it refuses to issue a range, and says so. It never projects appreciation, and it is not a formal appraisal — in Peru that is signed by a registered valuer.
It is not open to the public yet. We are adding agencies and agents a few at a time, to sharpen it against real cases before opening it fully.
