What this is
These terms govern the use of the RE Central Real Estate website. By browsing it, you accept them. If you disagree with any of them, the sensible thing is not to use it.
Property information is indicative
Listed properties, their prices, sizes, features and availability may change at any time and may contain errors. Nothing published here is a contractual offer, and it binds neither the agency nor the owner: a deal is closed by contract, not by a web listing.
Before making any decision, confirm the details with the agency.
A valuation is not a formal appraisal
The valuation the site offers is a commercial estimate, made to guide a decision to sell or let. It is not a legally binding appraisal, an expert report, or a document valid before financial, judicial or land-registry bodies, which require a professional qualified for that purpose.
Use of the site
You may read and share the content for personal purposes. You may not:
- Extract the listings in bulk or by automated means, or reuse them to build a listing of your own.
- Use the site in a way that degrades its operation or that of its services, including automated form submissions.
- Impersonate anyone, or submit other people's data without their consent.
- Attempt to reach areas or data that are not yours.
Content and trade marks
The texts, photographs, videos, name and logo of RE Central belong to their owners and are protected. Reproducing them beyond reasonable quotation requires written permission.
Map data comes from OpenStreetMap and its contributors, and is used under its ODbL licence, with the attribution shown alongside each map.
Links to other sites
The site links to third-party services — messaging, social networks, maps. Following one takes you away from here and puts you under their terms, over which RE Central has no control.
Availability and liability
The site is provided as it is. Every effort is made to keep it working and its information current, but it is not guaranteed to be available without interruption or free of errors. Interruptions for maintenance, hosting-provider failures, or causes outside reasonable control give rise to no liability.
So far as the law allows, RE Central is not liable for decisions taken solely on the basis of information published here, without confirming it first.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Peruvian law. If you are a consumer, nothing written here removes the forum the law grants you or your ability to go to Indecopi: you may bring a claim wherever the Consumer Protection and Defence Code entitles you to. Outside that case, disputes are submitted to the courts of Lima, Peru.
Changes
These terms may be updated. The version in force is the one published here, bearing the date shown above.
